This is a nice mahogany rudder with tiller and tiller extension.  It is a factory  piece that was completely rebuilt and reinforced with epoxy to withstand many more years of service.  It’s a shame that I don’t have a before picture to put with this.

Hardware is not included.

This is a custom made sailfish style rudder blade with feathered edges for improved hydrodynamic flow. It has 1/4″ dowel pins glued in on the leading edge to prevent splitting on impact. This rudder fits the Sailfish and several other similar sailboats.

8.75″ x 24.5″ x 3/4″ — Made of “edge-locked” Cypress for strength and stability. Blade is Finished with 3 coats of Spar Varnish. Also available in mahogany if prefered.

This rudder is “blade only.” No hardware is included.
