Here is a nice replacement blade for your Monte 15 Kick up rudder assembly.  This one is made from glued up cypress to create a very strong and stable blade.  This one won’t warp like so many solid blades do over time.  Cypress is an American boat building wood that has been used for years.   This is finished with a minimum of 3 coats of spar varnish.
