Beautiful Tiller for the Montgomery 17 laminated from ash and either black walnut or mahogany.  Finished with a minimum of 3 coats of spar varnish.   Typically I do not drill the holes in the tiller but upon request they can be drilled to your specifications at no charge.  Just let me know.
